To fix this error open CMD as administrator (Press Win+X and click Command Prompt (Admin). After that run sfc /scannow. Wait until the process is complete.
Run slmgr -ipk XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX again. If nothing happens you may download this 0xC004F069 Remover Tool. This tool is developed by Windows 8 community so nothing you need to worry about. To run it, you must disconnect your internet first then run the tool. The tool will scan your system first, it automatically detect 0xC004F069 error. After that click Fix button, the error now will not appear when you try to activate your Windows 8.
