今天使用 openssl 建立 pkcs12 時，發生了「unable to write 'random state'」錯誤，
後來參考「Using openssl what does “unable to write 'random state'” mean?」，使用「系統管理員」身分來開啟 命令視窗 執行就可以順利產生。
